Hello, I've tried to activate my surround sound but it will not accept my code. Am I able to get a new one? Thank you!

    PM me the serial number of your device, a photo of the scratched card, and the error message that pops up when using the code. I can use those to verify if you're still eligible for a new one and submit a code generation request on your behalf.
