Couldn't get through to an agent through official support
After running a Windows update, my 7.1 Surround Sound (SS) "speaker" isn't outputting any audio to my headset. I've tried reinstalling the 7.1 SS app to get it to work. It launched after reinstall, but didn't detect my headphones. Restarted the computer and now when I try to launch the app, from the tray it gives me the option to click on my account, but nothing else. Switching the device to the headphones themselves plays audio just fine, but at a worse quality.

Have you tried reinstalling the drivers of your device? Also, which Razer headset do you have? Do send me the serial number of your headset via PM. I can use it to verify its model and look into possible solutions. Don't forget to include a screenshot of how your device appears on the Device Manager. Upload it via GDrive, then paste the shareable link to your message. Let's take it from there.
