Hello guys, this is my first time asking for help here, but not my first time asking for it generally. So, i have a common problem: i cannot use the 7.1 sound for my Kraken X Lite because the box didn't come with the code: so what did i do? i asked the support for a code, i've registered my product and all and STILL didn't receive a code. (also that was 2 WEEKS AGO) Support said that they will send me a code "soon" Please, really need your help. Thanks.

    If I am correct, you have to register your RAZER product onto Synapse, then the Activation code for 7.1 SS gets sent to your registered email. Will have to wait for RAZER support to advise

    There are times that activation codes are not available. Do you mind sending me the case number you submitted to our Support Team? That way, I can review and check what's going on with the case. Let's go from there. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PMs.
