Hello. I recently bought Blackshark V2 X just today, and it comes together with a scratch code for 7.1 Surround Sound. I followed all the instructions, registered the product online, but the code on the paper says invalid on the program. Please help, I want to use it with 7.1 Surround sound. Thanks

    Please send me the serial number of your BlackShark V2 X via PM, along with the email address linked to your Razer ID. That way, I can verify its model and check if you are eligible for code generation. Don't forget to include a photo of the activation code and a photo of the error message. Save them via Google Drive, then paste the shareable link to your message. Let's go from there. I'll lock this thread now.
