I am writing to request assistance with reactivating my 7.1 Surround Sound license for my Razer BlackShark V2 X headset.
Issue Description:
After reformatting my PC and reinstalling the 7.1 Surround Sound software, I attempted to log in with my Razer ID and use my activation code again. However, the software returns an error stating that the "license code has already been used." I am using the same computer and the same Razer ID account that I used for the initial activation.

I have confirmed I am logging in with the correct Razer ID email and password that was used for the original activation .

I restarted the software and attempted the login process again .
I understand the activation code is tied to a Razer ID and should not need to be re-entered after the first use . However, it appears the recent system reformat has caused the software to lose the license connection.
Could you please check the status of my license on your end and reactivate it for my account?
