7.1 Surround Sound license code is invalid

Hi, I just bought a Razer Kraken TE and the 7.1 Surround Sound application license does not seem to be valid. I tried multiple times, replacing "i" with "1" and other similar things, but I couldn't get it right. Can you please help me? Jacob

Kraken TE is incompatible with 7.1 SS Check out the following site https://www.razer.com/71-surround-sound Kraken TE, does come with the THX USB control, which automatically installs the THX sound driver. With the combination of Synapse 3.0 of course. Which is better than the 7.1 SS.
