7.1 surround sound ''No authentication found''

Hello, Whenever i try to make an account, i need to verify it, i click the link in my email and it says succes youve verified, But when i then try to go to the next step it says ''No authentication found'' I have tried registering multiple accounts and ive done everything correctly but it still says that.

    Hi, I'm having the same issue. With Synapse 3, instead, I was able to login without any problem

    Also, if I try to login with Google the browser says the login is successful but the Surround Sound software keeps saying "No authentication found". Damn I got a pair of headphones for Christmas and I can't enjoy them because of the buggy software
