7.1 surround sound not detected in Windows

I'm trying to setup my 7.1 surround sound and I can't get it, because it says I didn't select 7.1 surround as default sound device, but in Windows I don't have anything called "7.1 surround sound", I only have one with my headset name and another one called FX sound but this one is another software I've installed, already tried reinstalling and restarting my computer, still doesn't work. error: https://imgur.com/rGdhML0 windows: https://imgur.com/jD1KWn4
