Hello,today i bought Razer Kraken X 7.1 surround sound headphones. I have installed surround sound software,switched to it in windows settings but it still won't work,no sound from it.It only works if i don't use 7.1 but then sound is reallly bad.I have tried everything online but it just doesn't work I heared that windows version:KB4515384 and newer all have problem with 7.1 not working on razer headphones.Is there any solution.I am not sure what to do now since i can't downgrade windows to that point because i don't have restore point.Do i need to have sound card inside PC since my headphones connect with 3.5 mm headphone jack

Hey there! Thanks for posting your 7.1 Surround Sound concern here. Have you tried reinstalling the software and see if the issue persists?

Yes i have tried reinstalling software Multiple times but today i am getting same razer headphones just USB because i heared 3.5MM jack ones require good sound card and i am not really sure if i have that so i hope surround sound will work with USB ones.I also heared it can be windows version problem and i am on latest windows version

Thanks for letting me know. By the way, using a sound card could elevate your sound quality while using 3.5mm jack headsets, however, 7.1 Surround Sound only requires Windows 10 64-bit operating system. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
