7.1 Surround Sound not working on Razer Kraken V3X

Hello, I recently got the v3x krakens and have followed all the steps to install and activate 7.1 surround on them, everything comes up and all however once I do switch to 7.1 in the output I hear no sound at all, normal works fine. I have tried various things to try to fix it but nothing worked. If anyone has some ideas would be appreciated.

Hi! Since the no sound issue occurs when the 7.1 Surround Sound is enabled, you may have to ensure that the application is selected as the default output device in the Windows Sound settings. Should the issue persists, maximize this guide to see if it corrects the problem.
