7.1 surround sound problem
Although the activation code came out of the headset I just bought, I cannot use the activation code that came out of the headset, every time I enter it, it gives the warning "license code is invalid". Can you help me with this?

smartNickelville314Please send me your device's serial number that starts with "SN", so I can verify the headset's model. Also, send me a photo showing the error during the activation, including a photo of where you got the code. Save the files to any online drive, then paste them into your PM. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
