Hello, I bought a new headset(Razer Blackshark V2 X) from Shein and when i try to register the product, it gives me the following error; "This Product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support."
I tried to check if there is an activation code given with the box but it is just a QR Code.
Please Help
