I recently bought a Razer Kraken X from Amazon (used). It did not come with the original packaging so I didn't receive a product key for 7.1 Surround Sound.
I registered my product on my RazerID. I just received the confirmation per e-mail saying:
Your Razer product registration is complete.
Registering your product confirms its authenticity. Please keep your proof of purchase safe in case you need to contact Razer Customer Support.
Product Name: Razer Kraken X
However, I still have not received the product key.
Can someone help me with this please?
