7.1 Surround Sound program wont load properly

So I just got a Razer BlackShark v2 X. I scratched off the activation code to get the item registered on my account and downloaded the 7.1 Surround Sound program. It prompted me to log in and I did, but than nothing pops up. I go to the bottom right of the task bar to check the program, it says it is on, but when I click on it nothing happens but a small window above it to directs to me a website that is my account. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program multiple times now with nothing changing. I ended up registering the product to my account manually... but the program still does not work. I am rather at a lost. I have ran it in admin mode and it still wont let me use it, I tried to run it in compatibility mode and it still wont work. My pc is a 64-bit system, so that shouldn't be an issue.

In the debug I get this error over and over again. [1209/124735.207:ERROR:registration_protocol_win.cc(56)] CreateFile: The system cannot find the file specified. (0x2)

Hi there! Thanks for posting the 7.1 Surround Sound's behavior here. Were you able to check if your firewall or anti-virus is blocking the software? Are you using your personal computer and connected to your home network?

I am using a personal computer and connected to my home network. I am using Norton, but nothing popped up that would allude to my firewall blocking anything or if the anti-virus is blocking something. After checking my firewall, it says that Razer AppEngine is allowed.

I just uninstalled it, restarted my PC, disabled my firewall, and reinstalled the program to see if that would help. But I am getting the same result as before. I get this strand of errors in the Debug file. [1209/201024.125:ERROR:registration_protocol_win.cc(84)] TransactNamedPipe: The pipe has been ended. Should the issue persists, send me your computer's Synapse 3.0 logs. Save the file via Google Drive or to any online drive, then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue from there. I'll be locking this thread now.
