7.1 Surround Sound Software Issue

A few days ago, I was gonna get on my PC, but had to unplug my Razer Kraken 7.1 Surround Sound headset before I turned it on. Then I turned on my PC and plugged it in. I usually just keep it plugged in. To my surprise, I was getting audio rendering issues, and the 7.1 Surround Sound software started to bug out. I tried to reinstall it, and now I don't have any option for the 7.1 Surround Sound, like I did before. Does anyone have a solution to this? I've tried to update and reinstall drivers several times, and searched up many times for any known fixes, but to no avail. Thanks for any help I get.
