I got Kraken today and been trying to work out why 7.1 sound has no sound when selected as the playback device, i've watched and read bunch of stuff like the default device and commutation device as well as checking its not muted. Maybe its glaringly obvious what i'm doing wrong but im not sure, could anyone help, for reference I'm on a laptop so im not using usb or the splitter to connect it up just the basic jack.

Hello, maybe someone knows where to get that activation code for headphones my headphones warranty has expired and i just reinstalled my windows and the old one doesn't work
