7.1Surround Sound No authentication found

I just bought a new BlackShark V2 X and i installed the 7.1 Surround Sound in my PC, but when i go to log in my Razer ID account it says “No authentication found”. I already tried uninstalling (nuking the folder), restarting and installing again, and everytime I try to log in, i get the same error.
