A key on my keyboard is not working

So I've been having this problem. I had a Razer Blackwidow Tournament Edition 2016 I think and I bought a razer blackwidow. So basically my L key sometimes doesnt work and its very triggering clearly now its working but then for some odd reason it would choose to not work I have tried to do things to see if it just triggers you know? I noticed when I would play a game it would work in game but then I would tab out for example to message someone on discord and It wouldnt work. Then sometimes it wouldnt even work in game. Then sometimes it would work like as of now. Hopefully it just works from now on. Anyway if anyone has also had this problem or something please help me. I would like to also say that I have been on reddit and I tried many things that were recommended to me by others and official razer support but still nothing thanks guys! Happy holidays!
