A problem with my wolverine V2

I got it late last year and yesterday, I bought a new headset however, it wouldn’t work properly, the sound was abysmal and my voice wasn’t being picked up. Next I used my old Xbox series controller and it DID work. As a last resort, I bought a Razer Kaira x headset today and ran into the exact same issue. Pls help 🙏
