A problem with the new update of the razer synape 3

Hello guys, so I'm a proud owner of a razer deathadder elite mouse and a razer huntsman elite with both as you know equipped with RGB. I downloaded the razer synapse 3 had a really bad time at the start until now but it worked so I didn't mind the problems. As I updated the software the last update 3/2/19 the month is the 2 in case you're not writing like my country. The Razer software seems to not locate my devices the synapse is telling me to insert the device's cable and it will show up and it won't show up. That is really wired because one day ago it was connected before the update and now it is not?! also I've tried to take out the cables and insert them but It still not working. I would love to get help from u guys, thanks.
