About Blackshark v2 pro 2023 PROBLEMS

  • Hello guys, 

    like you all i have same problem , snyapse is not working properly and i cant even save my eq or thx settings. After all so what i found is  , without snyapse headset is working nicely but thx not works. 

    Here is my temprorary solution for;
    -Logout from razer programs and exit.
    -open the task manager and exit all razer snyapse programs.
    -go to  windows+r Msconfig and cancel all razer snyapse start up run settings.
    -Restart.
     
  • After that headset “last” eq settings will work without program. But about thx will be not. 

    for now its working nicely , if you have another solution for this situation please comment below.
