about Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle Synapse

I set  once HyperDongle at my Pc with Synapse.
but i want use HyperDongle at other PC without Synapse

it is possible?

    The dongle should be plugged in to the same PC and you need to use Synapse 3 app for pairing. So it’s not possible to use it without the application. Feel free to self-help page for guides and troubleshooting steps or PM me anytime should you need further assistance. Thanks!

    i have 1 more question.
    When Install Synapse 3 and connect SuperHyper Dongle, it is necessity reboot pc?  if i dont reboot pc, cant use 4000Hz?
