It hasn't been a full year since I bought the Razer Viper V2 Pro mouse, and I'm using it wirelessly. Even though it's fully charged, I've been experiencing an issue that seems to be related to the mouse itself — not connected to any application or game. While the mouse is on and supposedly working, it stops responding and doesn't move for about 10 seconds. I play CS professionally, so this is a major problem for me. Please find a solution to this issue and get back to me via email. Thank you.
Also, this issue is not related to the USB connection, as there is no notification or indication of a driver being disconnected — the mouse simply stops moving and starts working again after 10 seconds.
