I recently updated the software and it works fine. But there’s one thing i want to ask about audio-to-haptics function.
I think it supposed to vibrate when I play music on youtube, but it wont vibrate. However, I can feel the vibration when I play games like space marine 2 or etc. is it normal?

I’m running mine wired to my PC. I’ll test it wireless to my PC to see if that changes things.
Also, I have the black one. Does the white also have firmware 2.0.8.0 installed?

Yes, I updated just yesterday
Works fine for me both wired & wireless when watching YouTube videos.
Synapse 4 just updated itself earlier today. Maybe having it do the update will fix things for you?

and also my version is 2.0.9.r1 now. this should be a problem?
I just updated to that version through the download from here & audio haptics still work through YouTube for me. Using latest Firefox for my browser as well.

Can you test your controller on another computer to see if it behaves the same way? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the haptic issue you're currently experiencing.
