I recently updated the software and it works fine. But there’s one thing i want to ask about audio-to-haptics function.I think it supposed to vibrate when I play music on youtube, but it wont vibrate. However, I can feel the vibration when I play games like space marine 2 or etc. is it normal?

Can you show what your settings look like in Synapse 4?I get rumble effects when playing videos through YouTube on my PC.
