I'm new to the Razer community and was trying to post a question to the Systems forum. Every time I clicked [Create Thread], I'd get the error:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://insider.razer.com/index.php?" on this server.
Is this due to the newness of my account, or a compatibility problem with Chrome, or is this a problem with the server?
Thanks!

This is completely server-side. You can edit this thread instead to post your inquiry. Maybe it's something I can help you with.
Thanks for your reply, Caziel. Perhaps you can ask your system admins about my error? Another odd artifact is that, no matter how many times I log out/in or clear cookies, the form for that particular forum auto-fills with the first half of my question. My wild guess is that there's some SQL-interpreted characters somewhere angering the back-end server.
Now on to my question ...
Is a Razer Blade 15 w/RTX 2080 and OLED 4K display a "Studio Edition"?
Hello everyone.
I'm brand new to the Razer community, having just purchased a Razer Blade 15 Advanced OLED 4K laptop on Christmas Eve. I did lots of research on which Razer 4K laptop to replace my Alienware 15 R3, and settled on the Blade 15 with the RTX 2080 video card and OLED 4K display. I was also considering the Blade 15 with a Quadro RTX 5000 video card, called the "Studio Edition" on the Razer website, but for $1000 more, I decided to save a few bucks, and upgrade RAM and SSD later.
I thought I understood the product lineup, but then I came across this page:
https://www.razer.com/gaming-laptops/razer-blade-studio-edition
which seems to imply that both the Quadro RTX 5000 and GeForce RTX 2080 are considered Studio Editions.
Did I inadvertently purchase a Studio Edition Razer Blade 15 Advanced, or is there another fundamental difference between the gaming laptops and the studio editions?
Thanks!

The team is already investigating this. Anyways, the main difference between the "Studio" and the "Gaming" configurations is the display panel. The studio configuration has better color reproduction and accuracy than the gaming counterpart but at a much lower refresh rate. If you selected the 4k panel, the page will switch to Razer Blade 15 - Advanced Model Studio Edition instead of just the Razer Blade 15 - Advanced Model.
I allway get the Error message mentioned in the first comment (Access denied) when i try to post something or reply to a conversation. Is there any soltion for this problem? Only way to post something is to write it into the reply field.

There really isn't any way around it for now. Do let me know if you want to create a new post so I can take your comment from here and make that into a new thread.

@T-Smooth This thread has been bumped up by our conversation, so it will be visible for people that are experiencing the same thing. I don't think there is a need to open another one, but I will help you if you want to. Put in whatever you want to be in the new thread in your next response and can make it happen.
