Accidentally Scratched off too much of my 7.1 Surround Sound code

Hello,

As the title says, I scratched off too much of the 7.1 surround sound code which came with my box. I can tell the last 5 characters (I think) but the rest has been too much scratched off with a coin. Is there a way for me to get a code? I have tried to get a code online from one of the Razer suport websites but it is not working saying that I cannot have a code ("The 7.1 Surround Sound Code is not available, please click here for more information.")
