Account locked - cannot add phone number

Hi 

I was trying to add my phone number as part of 2fa and also activate google authenticator yesterday on my phone but when i wanted to add my phone number, my account got locked and the message read ‘’ your account has been locked , please visit support customer service for more info’’.

 

I did reach out to razer support via ticket while live chat was not available for the whole day but i did not receive ​any response from the support team yet.

Is there any possibility to notify the support team or check out and unlock my account so i could add my phone number and be on my way please?
