My microphone on my Blacksharp v2 Pro stopped working after booting up my computer today. It shows the device as connected, but nothing actually goes through. I tried to reinstall Synapse to see if that would help, but can’t log back in. It tells me that the saved password does not work, so I reset it. It sends me a reset email to two different email addresses (my personal and my work email - not sure how both got on there), but I know my personal email was displayed in Synapse before I did the reinstall, so I reset the password for that one. I copied the password and pasted into the reset password “new password” field, and it said it was reset, but then tried to log in and it tells me the login doesn’t match. I tried from my work email and it did the same thing, now both are locked and I can’t even reset it anymore. What the heck is going on? I also tried submitting a ticket, but my headset does not have a serial number on it like the docs say it should, and my original package is in storage in another state, so I cannot access it at the moment. It should be on file, though. I had to create a new email just so I could create a new account, just so I could come on here and try and get some help. Getting immensely frustrated at this whole ordeal and am getting to the point that I want to chuck this stupid thing. So many problems with this headset to date.
