So um, cant find my code i checked packaging and everything i have my product (razer kraken pro V2) registered but i am still struggling to get activation code for razer surround 7.1

I have built a new computer and it's saying the 7.1 is not on my account anymore for my razer kraken 7.1 v2's. I have the activation e-mail from 2017 that is tied to my account. How can I get my 7.1?

Hey everyone! Please be aware that the newer versions, namely the Kraken X. Kraken X USB, Kraken 2019, and Blackshark V2 X, are only compatible with 7.1 Surround Sound. The legacy devices should you the Razer Surround Sound. However, the team can no longer generate a Razer Surround Sound Pro code as the promotion has ended for the older devices. If you have registered the old device one to two years ago, the activation code should be in your Razer ID. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance. I'll be locking this thread now.
