Is there any way I could activate the 7.1 surround sound by using my serial number to retrieve the code? When I purchased my Kraken X headphones, it did not come with an activation code so I really don’t know what to do.

Have you registered the device? If you haven't, please register your device then wait for the code to be sent to your registered email within 24-72 hours. You may also check the code in your junk/spam folder. If you did not receive the code after 72 hours, please send me a PM with the serial number and the email address linked to your Razer ID. I'll lock this thread now.
