I recently purchased the Kraken V3 X as part of a bundle from Costco. I registered it with the serial code and product number but the activation code was never sent to my email. I'm not really sure what to do

Have you checked your email's spam and junk folders? If you really haven't received any, please send me the serial number of your headset via PM, along with the email address linked to your Razer ID. I can use those to verify its model and check if you are eligible for code generation. I'll pick it up from there.
