Hello, about 2 years ago I bought my Razer Barracuda X headset in a shop here in Portugal called Worten, however today I wanted to have access to my activation code to use the 7.1 surround sound but they ask me for a photo of the invoice from when I bought it. As I bought it some time ago and in a physical shop, I don't have the purchase invoice. Can you help me?

Have you registered your Razer Barracuda X with your Razer account? Please try to request a 7.1 Surround Sound Activation code from this link. If you need additional assistance, send me your device serial number and email address so I can verify there's a code allocated to it. All the best!
