Hi i just noticed this 7.1 sirround sound app and its asking for a activation code and i registered my razer blackshark v2 on the app and havent gotten any activation code waht should i do?

Hello there,
Only the Razer BlackShark V2 X and V2 X USB are compatible with the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. Your headset has a built-in THX Spatial Audio feature which you can activate via Synapse. Feel free to reach out via PM if you need further assistance.
