Good afternoon, I have purchased blackshark v2x headphones and am trying to add them to my razer id devices. The first time I tried, I got an error saying that the wrong code was entered, "try changing 0 to o, etc." after reloading the page, I passed the check, indicated the information about where the purchase was made and an error appeared that the headphones were activated, contact support, that's why I'm here. could you tell me if there really is no activation or if it was a site error?
