I purchased the BlackShark V2 X headset from SHEIN in my country, and upon receiving the product and attempting to register it, an error message appeared stating that it has already been registered. When I requested support and entered the product's SN, it showed a message saying it is ineligible for the free warranty. I would like assistance to register it in the system and also to use the 7.1 Surround Sound.
