I recently bought a product of razer Kraken X essential Wired Gaming Headset. In a store that Sells razor products. When I tried to activate the Surround software it said licensed code already in use I was surprised as I already paid for the said product, hence, my dilemma I tried contacting the store it told me they are ready to send it but did not send it as I leave a bad review but I assure them that I'll change it if they fix the said issue. Until now they had not sent the said codes, hence, this issue would love to use the whole feature of the product but I can't cause I don't have the activation key. Please someone can help me with this.
