Hi, I bought a used Barracuda X via Amazon Warehouse. Unfortunately, there is no activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound in the package. Can I get one from u guys? Would be amazing. Otherwise, I would send the headset back. Thanks and regards, smiQi

Hello there! You have to register your device by following the steps on this page, and the code should be sent over to your registered email address. You might need to check on your spam/junk folders since the code might stray in there.
