activation code card accident


just bought a new kraken x lite and downloaded the 7.1 surround sound . but when i tried to read the code from the card, i accidentally scratched the card and now i can't read it properly. how do i get a new one ?

Same issue with me; contacted customer support after I had registered my headset through Razer ID, and was told that I would be getting a code e-mailed to me within 48 hours. On day 3 now, and still no word, so hopefully you get an answer faster than I am

they just sent me a new actavion code through email. i got a new code just after 2 days, i believe
Same problem, but I cannot get in touch with them.

How can I email them? Or where should I email them? Every time I go on their support page, they sent me to the "ask community" section, but I guess only the interns can solve this kind of problem.
