I bought a razer kraken x. And when I tried to open the enclosed activation code, I shaved it too hard to read.

The same thing just happened to me. I think I scratched the code too hard and now there are some parts that I can’t read. I’ve already registered my Kraken with Razer and sent them a request for a new code. Let me know if you find a solution for this problem

Please send me a photo of the scratched card via PM, along with the serial number and the email address linked to your Razer ID.
