I had just received my Blackshark V2 X this morning and I accidentally broke the activation code to enable 7.1 surrounding sound. Is there any way to fix this? I really want to experience the full thing that these headphones can offer.

I can send you proof like pictures of the serial number, box, and destroyed activation code. Please someone help
