Activation code does not work for razer sorround 7.1

I just reinstalled my razer synapse and when i logged into my account I lost razer sorround. Since this is my secund razer kraken I just took out my secund activation code, that i just rubbed free so there is no chance that I already used it. Now when I try to activate razer sorround it says that my code is invalid. How is this possible and is there any chance I can get my razer sorround back ?

    Hi there! initiating this thread. Please be aware that the 7.1 Surround Sound is only available to the newer versions, namely, the Kraken X. Kraken X USB, Kraken 2019, and Blackshark V2 X. Otherwise, your headset should be using the Razer Surround Sound Pro. Please send me a PM together with the email address associated to your Razer ID and your device's serial number.
