Activation Code for 7.1 surround is not working


I bought the Razer kraken X and when I received it I installed the 7.1 surround, when the code was requested I put it in and says that it has already been used, but I didn't use it just opened my product, please help me

Hey everyone! Thanks for posting your concerns here. Have you tried submitting a case to our Support Team? If you haven't, please send me the following:

a. Your device's serial number.
b. A photo or screenshot "Winver" and System Information.
c. Razer Synapse 3.0 logs.

Save the files via Google Drive or to any online drive account then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue from there.

am "using" it but does not recognize / appears to select as the default audio system

I got in touch with them, but no answer so far, and I'm having problems with the synapse also the installation is not working and when I install 2.0 it doesn't recognize the headset
I have a similar problem, I am sending the code but the 7.1 driver is not activating
look, register the product at razer, they identify that it is their headset and send another code, but it is good to report this problem to them as well.
