hi, i have problem, i have signed up at razer id, get the activation code for 7.1 surround sound on my email. and when i enter the code, i got the sign that this code is invalid, why like this? i payed money for you, signed up, get the code, but cannot use 7.1 sound

I have an identical situation. HELP!!!

Same problem here.. First time I tried to type that code letter by letter, number by number in the exact same way that it was sent to my mail and “code seems to not be valid”, second time I tried basic copy and paste and same phrase.

I just got my headset from amazon, did the things, got the code, and same. code is invalid, what gives?

 

Hey Guys! 

One probable cause for this to happen is that you installed the THX Spatial Audio instead of the 7.1 Surround Sound software. Please make sure to follow the steps from this article or, do the steps below:

  1. Download the 7.1 Surround Sound software.
  2. Run the 7.1 Surround Sound installer.
  3. Click “INSTALL”
  4. Launch the 7.1 Surround Sound app when the installation is completed.
  5. Log in with your Razer ID.
  6. Enter the activation code.
