Hello Razer Support Team,

 

I recently purchased a new Razer BlackShark V2 X, but the activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound software is showing as "already used". I also tried to register the product via Razer ID using the Serial Number, but it didn't work.

 

I would like to request a new activation code.

I understand you’re having trouble registering the headset to your account. One possible cause is that the device may be counterfeit or re-boxed. Unfortunately, there’s no option to register it to your Razer ID. I suggest reaching out to the reseller to request a replacement or a refund. To ensure your device is genuine, please purchase from a Razer Authorized store. You can find an authorized Razer store by visiting this link.
