Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty and will be subject to approval.



If the code is somewhat still visible, try using a English US keyboard format.

We have seen in the past other English keyboard format cause some activation issues.



Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official stuff for further advice~~~

Just today I bought my Razer Blackshark v2 X. When I instelled the software for the 7.1 Surround sound it asked for activation code and I accidentally scratched most of it. Is it possible to get a new code and here are some pictures to proof the purchase and my carelessness.
