Activation code for surround sound 7.1

Hi. I have a razer kraken for one year now and i found out about surround sound 7.1 from a friend. I wanted to test it, but it says i need a code. My headset is registered in my account, but when i access to the app, it asks for an activation code. is there any way that i can solve this? Thanks!

I can't guarantee that you'll get one, but send me the serial number of the headset. The least I can do is check if it is eligible or not. Let's go from there. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
