Activation code for THX Spatial Audio app not work

Hello. Today 22 of november of 2024 i buy a new Barracuda X. I do the registration of the product. I apply to the activation code to use on THX Spatial Audio app. After install de app and starting the activation with the code you sent to me, the app tell me the code its not correct.

Please help me to resolve these sad situation.

You need to activate 7.1 surround app, not THX Spatial: https://www.razer.com/71-surround-sound

You need the 7.1 Surround Sound software for this one. Please follow the steps below:

  • Run the 7.1 Surround Sound installer.
  • Click “INSTALL”.
  • Launch the 7.1 Surround Sound app when the installation is completed.
  • Log in with your Razer ID.
  • Enter the activation code that came with your purchase.
  • Click “ACTIVATE”.
