Just purchased a Blackshark v2 x and when i try to activate the 7.1 surround sound it says code invalid
Ensure to activate the code in 7.1 Surround Sound, not the THX Spatial Audio. Also, the error that some users have done was interchanging the letter "O" with zero, the number 1 for the letter I, and the letter J for either the number 1 or the letter I.
