activation code not working

so i wanted to use the razer surround 7.1 app with my Razer Kraken Pro, and i used the activation code that comes with my headset, but it doesnt work and it says that my code is invalid?, what should i do?, can anyone help?. Thankyou!

    I do not have an activation code can it be sent to me because I cannot register.
