Activation code received for surround sound from KRAKEN X head set, does not work ..
Hello, I have received a headset from RAZOR today containing a 'Activation Code' for surround sound, brand new, out of the box and not scratched. When entered I receive this message : License Code is Invalid.
Here are the following things I have seen you request on separate threads so I can get the support that is necessary …
1. A photo that shows the error while activating the code .
2. A photo that shows the source of the code.
3. A photo that shows the devices serial number
4. My razor ID registered email address
I have all the necessary things needed so I can get this problem fixed quick & move on, thank you.

try using a English US keyboard format.
We have seen in the past other English keyboard format cause some activation issues.
Otherwise wait for the support to get to you through this thread
I have this same problem i just opened mine and tried to setup the 7.1 surround sound and it tells me the code i scratched off is invalid. I've never used a razer product, though i don't understand why i would receive a code that does not work.
